By accessing and using www.workflowassure.com and engaging our workflow automation services
you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Workflow Assure reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any
time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking
effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree
to be bound by the revised terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data. By using our
services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Workflow Assure provides workflow automation services, including but not limited to:
• Workflow audit services
• Diagnosing and fixing broken workflow automations
• Building new workflow automation systems
• Integration services across multiple platforms
• Documentation and training delivery
• Post-implementation monitoring and support

• Share information about your current processes so we can understand what needs fixing or improving
• Provide access to the systems we’re working with (we handle this securely and only for as
long as the project requires)
• Let us know your thoughts on deliverables so we can ensure everything meets your needs

We’ve worked with businesses of all sizes and understand that granting system access requires trust.
That’s why we follow enterprise-grade security protocols and maintain strict confidentiality
throughout our engagement.
Our fixed-price projects are based on the scope agreed during the initial consultation. Any changes
to the agreed scope may result in additional charges. We will always communicate any scope
changes and associated costs before proceeding with additional work.
We stand behind our work with a 30-day guarantee. If your workflow automation breaks or fails to
perform as specified within 30 days of go-live, we will fix it at no additional charge. This guarantee
covers:
• Technical failures in the automation we built
• Errors in the workflow logic we designed
• Integration issues with systems specified in the original scope
This guarantee does not cover:
• Changes made by you or third parties after handover
• Issues arising from changes to third-party platforms or APIs beyond our control
• New requirements or scope changes requested after project completion
Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Typical terms include:
• An initial deposit before work commences
• Milestone payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon completion and handover
Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.
• Project cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellations before work commences will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable
deposit (if specified in your proposal)
• Cancellations after work has commenced will be charged for work completed to date
• No refunds will be issued for completed projects outside of our 30-day guarantee terms
All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates and pre-existing tools used by Workflow
Assure remain our intellectual property.
Upon final payment you own:
• The specific workflow automations we built for you
• Documentation and training materials created for your project
• Any custom code or configurations developed specifically for your business
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate licences and subscriptions for any third-party
platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.) used in your workflow automations.
You agree not to:
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary methodologies
• Share confidential information we provide without permission
• Misrepresent our services or use our name without authorisation
To the extent permitted by law, Workflow Assure shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the total fees paid for the specific project in question
This limitation applies regardless of whether the liability arises from contract, negligence, or any
other legal theory.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government actions or regulations
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Third-party platform outages or API changes
• Acts of war or terrorism
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workflow Assure, its directors, employees, and
contractors from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
• Your breach of these terms
• Your misuse of our services
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any content or data you provide to us
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared
during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of our services.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited
or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full
force and effect.
